INVITATION
To the ISU National Assembly, Bergen 1st – 3rd of
April 2005
This
is to formally invite you to the first National Assembly for 2005. ISU Bergen
will be hosting the meeting, which will begin on Friday April 1st at
16:00 and end on Sunday April 3rd at 16:00.
Two
elected members, each with a voting right, will represent each ISU branch. One
observer will represent StL and one observer will represent NSU. Case papers and reports
will be available at www.isu-norway.no
from Friday, 18th .
ISU
National covers the following expenses:
·
Travel to and from Bergen (excluding taxis)
·
Accommodation (Friday night and Saturday night)
·
Dinner Friday
·
All meals on Saturday,
·
Breakfast and lunch on Sunday
If
you have not yet received your flight information, please contact me as soon as
possible. We will be staying at Marken Gjestehus, a hostel situated in the city centre, ten
minutes walk from the meetings location (
Remember
to save your receipts and ticket stubs. In order to get a refund, these
receipts must be attached to a completed expenses claim form and sent to me by
May 15th . The money will then be transferred to your account.
Please
note that bed linens are not included at the hostel. We therefore ask you to
bring your own sleeping bag, alternatively; you can rent bed linens at the
guesthouse for an additional price of about 50 kr. Contact
me if you are interested, and I will arrange this with the hostel.
Finally
we would advise you all to bring your student cards. Additional practical
information, including directions to the hostel, will be found at the website.
